A. IELTS only requires you to carry your ID with you. A valid passport is acceptable as an ID at the IELTS test centre. Make sure the name on your ID matches your name on the registration form. You can also carry a pen or pencil while writing the paper-based test. Nothing else is allowed inside the test centre.

A. The most suitable IELTS test centre is closest to your location. All centres conduct the same standardised test following identical rules and regulations. Therefore, the choice of test centre location does not impact the test's content or difficulty level. We advise selecting a centre based on proximity for convenience in commuting without undue stress. Booking your test early increases the likelihood of securing your preferred date and test centre.
A. The IELTS Academic and General training tests fee is INR 17,000. This fee applies to both paper-based and computer-based exams. Additional charges are incurred for rescheduling and cancelling the exam, with the amount varying depending on the timing of the change. You should also consider the fees for sending your scores. The first 5 universities receive scores free of charge, but anything after 5 free ATRFs will require payment of INR 250 per university.
